With their multiple roles as leaders within the community, carrying out weddings and funerals, being school governors, and acting as counsellors for the most vulnerable in our communities, it is often easy to forget that clergy themselves are human, and sometimes need a little extra support themselves. That is where we come in. We provide health and wellbeing services to the Anglican clergy and their families through our network of consultants. Whether this is for a cataract operation, 5-night nursing care for a clergy widow after an operation, counselling for a priest with severe depression and anxiety, or physiotherapy to help a family member get back on their feet; St Luke’s is there to help as much as we can.

In 2018, we helped 265 members of the clergy and their families from all over the UK (and one from Europe!) and we want to be here to help even more in the future.
