Registered Charity No: 289868 (England & Wales).
Sense is a national disability charity that supports people who are deafblind or with complex disabilities to communicate and experience the world.
Our mission today remains the same as in 1955 when two mums came together to fight for a better life for their children who were deafblind as a result of rubella.
Their determination to break down barriers and give their children every opportunity to thrive created a lasting legacy – one that continues today through our services, specialist Sense Centres and passionate campaigning.
Gifts in Wills are vital to Sense. Currently they account for around a quarter of our fundraised income and help ensure we can continue to support families in the long-term, and can help us to be there for the new children and families who are coming to us all the time.
However big or small, a gift in your Will can leave a lasting legacy of helping children and adults who are deafblind or with complex disabilities to be all that they can be.
