Registered Charity No: 306054 (England & Wales).

In the UK there are currently over 3.9 million children living in poverty and 800,000 living with a disability. They experience limited opportunities and face inequalities, especially in relation to sport and recreation.

As one of the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charities, we exist to combat these barriers. We believe all young people, irrespective of background or ability should have the opportunity to enjoy sport and physical activities that directly improve their self-esteem, health, education and future socio-economic potential. We provide vital equipment such as specially adapted minibuses, sports wheelchairs, bespoke outdoor play spaces and sensory rooms so that young people with disabilities can engage with their surroundings and community.

Additionally, we aim to provide new pathways of participation. We build community clubs in the most deprived parts of the country to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds a place to play cricket and build a future. We also run cricket and table cricket tournaments that allow children with disabilities to compete against their peers.

To achieve this work we rely on the generosity of our supporters. Leaving a legacy is one of the most rewarding ways to give as you are safe in the knowledge that we will keep creating ‘sporting chances’ for young people long after you’ve left the field.
