Certainty the National Will Register is the Law Society’s endorsed provider of a National Will Register and is used by thousands of solicitors every day to register and search for Wills.

Certainty is proven to reduce the risk of distributing an estate on an assumed intestacy basis or when a Will or later Will may exist. Certainty achieves this through its Will registration facility and its capability to search for both registered and unregistered Wills, using its national Will search service called REACH; it can also search legal and non-legal providers.

Over 7.7 million Wills are now within the system, this figure grows daily.

Certainty’s Will Search services are a low cost disbursement (from £38 VAT). Certainty’s Will Registration for a law firm’s archived Wills is totally cost-free! Registration for new Wills starts from £4.95 VAT (dependent upon volume) or free with certain membership packages.
