RNLI

Registered Charity No: 209603 (England & Wales), SC037736 (Scotland), 20003326 (Republic of Ireland).

The RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) has been around to help those in peril at sea, and more recently on inland waterways, since 1824.

We provide a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the UK and Ireland, and a seasonal lifeguard service. With our lifeboats, lifeguards, safety advice and flood rescue, we are committed to saving lives.

No-one knows what the future holds, but we do know that the sea will always be a dangerous place.

Gifts left to us in Wills are crucial for us being able to save lives at sea and being able to safeguard our courageous volunteer crew.

6 out of 10 launches would not be possible without gifts in Wills. Legacies provide the boats, equipment and training our crew need now and in the future.

A legacy to the RNLI will be more than a gift in your Will. It will save lives at sea, because when our crews launch, your gift will go with them.

It will be the lifeboat that launches at 2 am in sub zero temperatures. It will be the training that guides our crews through 40-foot waves and gale force winds. It will be the tow rope that pulls a vessel out of danger.

Your legacy is our lifeline.

If you would like to help us save lives at sea by considering a gift in you Will, please call us on 0300 300 0124 or email us at legacy_enquiry@rnli.org.uk
